Preparing for your Xi Shi Experience

1.	Preparation:
	Home / Hotel Services - Since you know your home the best, we would ask that you clear out either your bed or an area for your session prior to the arrival of your therapist. Office / Commercial Locations - Since you know your office / commercial the best, we would ask that you clear an area for your session prior to the arrival of your therapist.
2.	Have two to three towels ready (Home / Hotel Services Only):
	We value not only your comfort, but also hygiene. Therefore we ask that you have ready two of your own clean towels ready for your session.
3.	Please be on time:
	Our therapists have a pre-scheduled set of jobs for the day, and therefore it is essential he/she finishes each job on time to give them ample time to arrive at the next location. If your session cannot begin on time due to your late arrival, we apologise that your session may be shortened as our therapists needs to leave on time.
4.	The Therapist:
	Whiles our therapist will endeavor to arrive between 5-10 minutes prior to the beginning of your session, there may be circumstances where he/she will be slightly late due to various reasons involving travelling to your location. Any time lost, due to our fault, will be made up.

1.	Home or Hotel Mobile Full Body Massages
	Our home / hotel full body massage services offered to women only are conducted by female therapists only. Our home / hotel full body massage services offered to men only are conducted by male therapists only. By requesting our service, you are confirming that you agree to our terms and conditions and that the patron enjoying our home or hotel mobile full body massages service is the same gender as the therapist.
2.	No Personal Communication With Therapists Policy
	Under no circumstances are customers allowed to exchange personal contact details with our therapists. Any communication needs to be through Xi Shi Limited.
3.	Inappropriate Behavior From Customers
	Xi Shi Limited reserves the right to refuse providing a service if there is inappropriate behavior towards the therapist.
4.	Rescheduling Policy
	Rescheduling 24 hours prior to booking is allowed free of charge.
5.	Typhoon No.8 or Black Rainstorm Warning
	We will be unable to deliver our service to you during a Typhoon 8 or Black Rainstorm. If Typhoon No. 8 or the Black Rainstorm warning is hoisted prior to your booking, you will receive a call from us and we will be able to reschedule your booking.
6.	Injuries and Pregnancy
	Once you have confirmed a booking with us, we will send you a questionnaire in which we will ask for any injuries we should avoid. Please also advise us if you are currently pregnant or injured. It is your responsibility to inform us of this vital information so that we avoid problem areas. Xi Shi Limited is not liable for any adverse consequence as a result of failure to communicate such information prior to the service.
7.	Allergies
	Please advise us if you have any allergies to these, and if you have any other allergies at all and if there is a particular kind of massage oil you cannot use. Once you have confirmed a booking with us, we will send you a questionnaire in which we will be asking you this. It is your responsibility to inform us of this vital information so that we avoid allergic reactions. Xi Shi Limited is not liable for any adverse consequence as a result of failure to communicate such information prior to the service.
8.	Additional Information We Should Know
	To ensure we can deliver the highest level of service to you, it is your responsibility that we are aware of any other information which we need to know about in order to conduct our service at the highest standard. Please include this information when you book with us. Xi Shi Limited is not liable for any adverse consequence as a result of failure to communicate such information prior to the service.
